Living in a big city, and coupled with the fact that Petes law firm does work for a lot of the large corporations based here, we get a lot of invitations to functions connected with Petes work! A lot of them are boring as heck, but usually you get a pretty good dinner out of it, and sometimes even the speaker is interesting!!!
